Every two to three days and prior to first use. The areas that come into contact with the skin should be cleaned with soap and clear water. After thoroughly drying, replace it in its case.
Put the tool in hot water to relax or in the refrigerator for a few minutes to decongest.
Apply an appropriate serum to clean skin and leave it on for 1 to 5 minutes.
1. Pump for a few seconds to prepare the lymph glands (at the top of the neck, just below the ears, and then at the level of the collarbones).

2. To filter the waste at the level of the lymphatic glands, if you wish to drain, always use your gua sha practically flat (45° angle) and without pressure. The movements must be delicate and carry the lymph outwards from the face then down the face at the end of the massage.
Depending on the regions that need to be treated, you can apply greater pressure and use the gua sha at a 90° angle if you wish to sculpt.

Five to ten times, repeat the gestures.
